Ensure internal temperature of 160 before serving.

REMOVE PAPER BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN

Preheat oven based on Option 1 or Option 2

Remove lid, fold in half slightly to make tent and put back on top of lasagna pan

Place pan on baking sheet on center rack

Remove lid last 5 minutes

Remove and let stand 20 to 30 minutes to complete cooking and firm up.

We hand roll our manicotti in a blonde pasta dough. The cheese is a blend of Ricotta, Gana Padano, Pecorino Ramano and Mozzarella. The trays are ready to bake and contain 4 manicotti rolls each.
